Refund policy

If for personal reasons you have a change of mind you can notify The Eye Of Innocence for exchange or refund, provided that The Eye Of Innocence is notified within 2 working days from placing your order.

Provided you have given notice to The Eye Of Innocence within the seven days period you shall be entitled to a full refund. If the cancellation is made outside of the 2 day period a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
