The Living Your Design Course

 

The Living Your Design course provides a transformative experience that empowers participants to live a more fulfilling life by aligning with their true nature. Throughout the program, you will explore the Synthesis of Human Design and deepen your understanding of the 9 Centres and their biological functions. You will also learn about the Aura Types and discover how to make decisions you can trust.

• The 9 Centres - How they function, the biology, and signposts of alignment or not
• The Four Aura Types
• Type Strategies and Inter-Type Interaction

9 consecutive weeks of 1–2 hour online sessions:

 

   

Class 1 — Introduction to Core Concepts

   

The Duality, Genetic Imprinting, Conditioning and The Neutrino Stream.

 

 

   

Class 2 — The Four Aura Types & Strategy

   

Manifestor, Generator, Projector and Reflector.

 

 

   

Class 3 — Authority & Definition

   

Solar Plexus, Sacral, Spleen, Heart, G, Environmental and Lunar Authority.

   

Definition - Single, Split, Triple Split and Quadruple Split.

 

 

   

Class 4 — Head & Root Centre

   

Head Centre - Inspiration, Mental Pressure, Doubt, Confusion and Questions.

   

Root Centre - Drive, Ambition, Stress, Adrenaline, Worry and Potential Depression.

 

 

   

Class 5 — Splenic & Ajna Centre

   

Splenic Centre - Basic Fears, Well-Being, Immune System, Intuition, Instincts and Survival.

   

Ajna Centre - Thoughts, Answers, Opinions, Insights, Ideas, and Conceptualising.

 

 

   

Class 6 — Solar Plexus

   

Emotional and Nervous System, Emotional Waves, Moods, Feelings, Desires, Passion, Romance, Sex Drive and Food.

 

 

   

Class 7 — Sacral Centre

   

Vital Energy, Life Force, Generator Motor, Response, Availability, Sexuality and Fertility.
